"The office was closed on Friday after Thanksgiving. We were purchasing a new vehicle and needed insurance coverage. We were not receiving a response from State Farm. We texted Reyn's agency. Reyn responded via text from his home. He was able to obtain and provide me with the necessary insurance so that we could drive home with our new car that day."
